澳门土木工程实验室（LECM）成立于1988年，旨在为民用建筑公司和澳门协会提供土木工程，实验室测试和校准服务方面的技术支持。这是一个积极参与澳门基础设施发展的机构，并专注于土木工程中的技术和质量管理。

LECM was founded to support Macau’s development of large-scale constructions and to improve the technical quality in engineering of Macau, by the local Government and the National Laboratory for Civil Engineering (LNEC) from Portugal, together with some construction companies, consultants, material suppliers and related associations in the territory.
